Hello Venice, my name is Stuart Bailey, Im a proud member of the Venice Island Community after moving here 5 years ago. I moved here from Sarasota to join a start up team known by many as Koworx. Koworx is more than just working space, its an alliance of small businesses working together right here on Venice Island. Now with 2 locations on the Island its shown me whats possible when great minds join together. its also shown me the love so many have for Venice Florida. Creating everyday in Venice is a like a never ending vacation in paradise but with a small list of job requests to go along.. When I heard there was a contest for this logo, I had decided to enter and when I did I put all I had into making sure it was going to be the logo Venice should have. Thats the only reason I entered. I knew in my heart what was needed and was thrilled to be part of whole community of designers who also showed the same passion..

  Our newly born logo has a whole life ahead and hopefully will find work in 2027. But for now we have recruited it into a great position on this T shirt. Its first job representing the City after spending almost a year of internship training on the cities website. With many jobs ahead for this logo to do, I hope this is a good one to start with. Everyone now can have a piece and share it for all to see. Dreams of a higher position like a mural is in the forecast. We will find out soon. For now let's embody the spirit of the City and all who wish to support it. Whether you live, work, vacation, or provide services to Venice, Florida, this is your city.
